The new Mega comes to replace last year’s Galaxy Mega 6.3 and Mega 5.8 - so it’s a very big smartphone, sporting a 6-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels, and measuring 163.6 x 84.9 x 8.6 mm, obviously being larger than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The Mega 2 has got a 2.1 MP front-facing camera, 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording, LTE connectivity, 16 GB of expandable internal memory, 1.5 GB of RAM, and a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor. The device runs Android KitKat, seemingly offering most of Samsung’s latest software features - including Ultra Power Saving Mode (for longer battery life), and One-handed operation mode (quite useful on a screen that large).
